Ripoff, Company refuses to cancel my internet account and keeps charging me

I have been calling Wal-Mart Connect for four months trying to cancell my service. The operator tells me that my account has been closed, but then when I get my credit card bill in I find they are still charging me. I call again, the same thing happens except this time I got a cancellation number 349734488. I finally was able to talk to supposedly a supervisor named Dianna Earle at 1-888-855-0942. She gave me another cancellation number 0807801925. Is there ANYTHING I can do if this happens again?
