Microsoft Can not cancel by phone

We never contracted for msn.net. We run Linux on our computers. I was astonished to discover monthly charges of 18.95 from Feb/16 through May/29 of 2012 for a total of $75.80 thus far. Somehow, MSN has our Debit Card number. The only way to cancel msn.net is to call 800-386-5550.

However, they will NOT cancel if you cannot give the person's name and email address that signed up for the service. We do not know who authorized the service. MSN will not reveal who signed up for the service over the telephone. MSN will not mail us any information.

Pure fraud.
