Dish keeps taking money out of my checking account 400.00 in two days!

My husband signed us up for dish WITH the century link bundle, just to find out they are not dealing with century link, so we NEVER got what we agreeded on. Since they are not with century link this should have void our contract, cause we NEVERgot what we agreed on, in the last two days they have took over 400.00 dollars out of my acct. Because Im his wife, dish acts like when we call they have never talked to us about this matter before, we have told them the same old story at least 75 times,

Then theysay they will connect you to a manager, which never happenes so your on hold forever, when we tell our story repeatly to them all they keep saying is we signed a contract, BUT THE CONTRACT IS VOID IF THEY SELL YOU SOMETHING THEY DONT EVEN HAVE RIGHT??? I work hard for my money and live from paycheck to paycheck and they have thr nerve to take over 400.00 dollars out of my acct.in two days, but that WILL be all they get Im changeing banks Monday morning this is nothing but a rip off and I hope they screw so many people that they are forced to close down this is not a business its a rip off
