They Suck - AT&T DSL

The entire process with att sucked, I thought with DSL we'd get a reliable speed of internet but it slowed down.

Any way in June I moved. I paid the last bill and asked them if there was anything else that I owed them (also keep in mind that I have online billing.) They said that there was nothing that I owed. 4-5 months later I get random cryptic calls from people refusing to say who they are and asking for my information which I refuse to give them. It turns out this number is a credit company and ATT has put me into collections and is ruining my credit for a supposed bill that they told me I didn't have. Note that 1/18 is when I find this out. Apparently the 2/1 is when my credit gets ruined. Thanks.
