Site they created looked nothing like the design I submitted, and they wouldn't refund my money

TERRIBLE service. I'll definitely never use again. I selected xhtmlchop since they're inexpensive, and settled the cost for this. This has been 6 months since I have posted my style, and it's really still not completed. It's been AN UNPLEASANT procedure for attempting to talk to them. They do not answer their live-chat program, and e-mail comments are processed, cold reactions. The website they produced appeared nothing beats the look I posted, plus they would not return my income. Avoid xhtmlchop.
