It is the toughest encounter in my own life actually. Don't think something they state - about quality or particularly concerning the time for you to achieve work. They stated 2 times to cut just 4 pages (sic!) of simple PSDs. Both of these days converted into 10 times, the documents were never delivered.

The money back promise - complete bull$#*! They did not return us the cash, or did they return us the documents.

They simply disappeared. Ceased addressing to emails and inner communications. Their alleged 'live assistance' doesnot work - clearly they simply place a their, however it fails.
