My name is Renetta Wright. I am from The Internal Revenue Service. On 11/13/09 I received an estimate from Michael R. Woods for the Scout RF4 for $2,484.00. On 12/3/09 I call back and gave my credit card information. My credit card was charged and I haven't received the Scout RF4 yet. I am only trying to get an update for delivery. I have called several time get voice mail to stay on line an agent will be with me. This message repeats several times and seems to disconnect after the third time. Please have a manager or someone to call or email me regarding the delivery of the SCout RF4.
