Ripoff scam, refused to honor $375. Win, blocked e-mail after I inquired C "Internet"

In January I won $375.00 in the "Prize Vault" contest at Flipside.com (also Uproar.com. I followed their directions and then waited over 90 days for the check (their rule). When I did not receive it, I wrote to the site but got nothing but the run around. After 15 or so e-mails, they advised me that they had no record of the win. It was posted for months so they obviously took it down. I continued to pursue my win but the Administer at Flipside.com blocked my e-mail address.
