Homemove.Biz / Hidden Fees and reoccuring charges

This company is an advertizing company out of Canada (I have found this out afterwords). I was contacted by a Real Estate company for advertizing on flyers that would be handed out to new home owners. The Real Estate company is not involved other than they were the contact.

I purchased the flyers and approved the copy.

One year later my account was Automatically charged $287.37 for Web design. I contacted the company and stated that I didn't sign up for this (never received any information on where or what this Web design was all about). I was told by the (rude) lady that it was stated in the contract and there are no refunds period. I did locate it in the fine print that unless you contacted them in writing 30 days prior to renewal that the funds would be deducted. Even thought I have never seen or used any web page (tried to locate page unable to locate). Company refuses to refund monies.
