Contestbux Fraud PTC program, stealing by reclaiming paid Paypal funds, Bukarest

Contestbux is a PTC program. I signed up in 2010 and upgraded my membership for 2 years to "Last Ultimum" on December 2. I paid $100 for this. Every 10 days I did receive $10 from the program, which I earned for bringing in new referrals. There was a much higher balance than $10, but this was the maximum payout per 10 days.

Recently the webmaster blocked me as a user, without a warning or notification. This was just before I was ready to receive more money than I paid to him. I have tried to contact the webmaster, but never got a response. Since there was still 18 months left of my membership, I tried to file a complaint with Paypal, to get a part of the $100 back. He responded with filing complaints for the last 2 $10 payments he sent to me.

So next to blocking me from the program at the moment I am starting to make a little bit of money, he also tries to steal money he paid out back from me. I have filed official complaints with Paypal and will continue to do so, in order to prevent others from dealing with this unethical SCAM program.
