Attempted to sell eBay item through email and not send item once payment recieved Brasov

I was bidding on a brand new nokia mobile phone and did not win the item. Shortly after I was e-mailed by a dog named Ion Balan with the e-mail heading "Ebay Offer: Brand New nokia 8910i".

He claimed to be working for a large WebStore on the internet and had the item I was bidding for at a considerably lower price. The e-mail also stated: "First of all i must tell you about this particular advantage: I will be making all deliverys through my company UPS account so it will be 100%Free and also it will come insured.
Have a nice day"

I agreed to buy the phone at $USD 250 and he asked me to send the money through WesternUnion. I paid.

However, I suspected something when I had not heard from him 24 hours after i had sent the money considering prior to sending the money Ion the dog was very prompt with reply. So I searched his name and company on Yahoo and found this website with people detailing how they had been duped by this jerk.

I called WesternUnion and luckily got the transaction cancelled before he could pick up the money.
