The only way to stop spam - unsolicited commercial emails - is to not do business with companies who market this way. This pathetic spam was sent to a harvested email address of a SEO Company! By harvested I am trying to contact (name removed) Anyway I specialize in getting sites listed at the top of Google in organic listings.
