Went to ATT ConnectTech for Help & got Ripped Off Internet

ConnecTech "scanned" my computer and idetified so many critical problems and so many important problems they could fix. ConnecTech signed me up for a year of service then failed to fix my computer after being online for half an hour. The local computer repair shop found no problems the next morning but did remove a boot sector virus. They did fix the problem ConnecTec could'nt even identify. Then, despite their protest, I finally got them to agree to cancel service and wave the $ early termination fee.
