I bought a restaurant voucher through LS which the restaurant refused to hono

I purchased a restaurant voucher through LS that the cafe declined to recognition. LS recommended us they didn't return cash but might credit the entire quantity for potential use and sent us towards the reality they'd not utilize our credit card details and rather withhold the total amount from my credit together (Offer Dollars)... You have suspected it, after I purchased an additional cafe offer they debited my charge card. I've now sent them three times plus they don't respond possibly by mail or telephone so where do I proceed from below? I've had great interactions with comparable kinds of social networking websites but the corporation is unaware, shady and never to become respected. "BUYER BEWARE" don't cope with Livingsocial... Any conceptis where I will proceed from below... Please recommend.
