He uses the email address x_arpit_x@yahoo.in or suyashgopal@ymail.com
He is a scammer - he will tell you to send him/her money and then after you send him/her they will tell you to send more otherwise they will not do the service. Since you send the money through paypal - they suck and dont offer any protection since its a service.
