Blocked on Badoo - badoo account

Hello, I received a message saying my account with Badoo had been blocked. I enquired 'why' but was just referred to their user guidelines. I all I have written to them 4 times, but they won't give me a reason. I just get the same line; "refer to user guidelines." They did say 'several people had complained about me.' Again I ask the nature of the complaint, but they won't tell me. I feel this is a slur on my name, without proof or reason. What can I do to get someone to take notice please? After all, innocent until proven guilty. But to be honest, I haven't a clue what I'm supposed to have done. I've half an idea that someone has taken exception to the fact that I am transgendered. Please can you help?
