I put virtually countless purchases from esales and use to cope with Janet, until then issues were not too bad-but then she quit and that I began to cope with their additional revenue people. Since that time, they offer no assistance whatsoever and dismiss my emails that the shipping statement confirms as shipped and read to many of the emails addresses. I totally quit purchasing out of this organization and also have been warning them to help with defective products that are suppose to become address by guarantee for example DOA items etc. From the private expertise with nothing to achieve but to alert different customers, remain the-hell from these men, you'll regret it within the extended run. BTW, if any associate for esales chooses to respond below don't since I delivered numerous emails that have been ALL overlooked, do not care make use of this system to discredit me or even the next factor is just a facebook movie with copies of my purchases, e-mails requesting helps etc.
