Charging me for an inactive service

I signed up for an online broadcasting service, specializing in cheerleading. I signed up for it, and that SAME DAY I cancelled it because it wasn't working properly. I am still being charged $5 a month by this service, even though it clearly states on the website that you will stop being charged after you cancel your service. I have been charged $5 a month for 6 months. I have called them, emailed them, Facebook messaged them, and have NEVER gotten a response. Not even an email telling me that they couldn't refund me. I demand my money back as I am not even able to sign in and use the service, and never have.
