I put an order online and 75% of my purchase was on back-order despite the fact that the web site mentioned that it had been in-stock.

I received 2 individual delivery times for just one of these products requested also it never delivered on either day. I delivered several emails and approached them by telephone several times plus they were defensive and rude to express minimal.

3 months later I contact once more and have for that standing on my purchase and was informed somebody might get back to me asap and I would like to understand what was happening using the components so when they'd become accessible, they never called me back. I subsequently named and required a refund and also the woman was rude concerning the entire experience as though I had been inconveniencing them with my reimbursement.
