For the past 6 months I had noticed a $7. Oo a month charge from WLI Reservations. I had no knowled of this organizarion or how my information was obtaine or even how to contact them, nor did my financial institue. I serched the internet and found a contact number.
I asked the representivie about it and she stated that I ordered their services while conducting a transaction with Columbia House. I told her that I was unaware of this and demanded a full refund while asking her to check the account to see if it had been used.
The representive stated that she could not access that information and denied the refund. However she did (we'll see) cancel the account and stated that no other funds will be deducted.
