A payday loan... I never had or did

I received an e-mail from acs.incorportion today (4/28.2012) how they tried several time by phone and e-mail to reach me. (my phone number is new and this is the first e-mail). How i took out a payday loan. The company tried to extract it from a bank account but was declined due to non-sufficient funds.

I never heard or did take out a payday loan from them. They even gave me an account number 56447 from acs. They had to get my information off the internet when i pay my elec. And telephone bill. Acs is claiming i own them $986.00 and i have two days to call them back. Or they will download the legal case.
