5Son Studios Failure to Deliver Design Services

After many, many months of going back and forth with Adam Fiveson of 5WebDesign, in September I hired Adam to complete a project for $500, which included the following items:

Logo Design (full service with multiple initial mock-ups and enough revisions to get it right).
Business Card (2-Sided full color).
Letterhead in MS Word format (so I can print as needed and/or have professionally printed).
#10 Envelope in MS Word format (so I can print as needed and/or have professionally printed).
Real Estate For Sale Sign (most likely 24" x 24').
Your personal input regarding the logo and "branding" that we are creating (i.E. Is it conveying the right image to prospective customers?).
Full Color 2-Sided 5.5" x 11" Postcard Targeting Financially Distressed Homeowners.

I promptly paid Adam via PayPal and the work begun. While Adam completed the Logo Design, he has failed to complete any of the other items that i paid for. I have called and emailed him dozens of times over the past 7 months and he ignores most of them. On the rare occasions when he did answer/respond, he offered excuses, apologies and promises to complete the work within a few days. Unfortunately, Adam has never delivered on those promises. I have been very lenient with Adam given some personal and health issues he is working through, but has not responded to my last several calls and emails and at this point I am done chasing him.
