Horrible software and service! The software does not work and when you contact them about the situation they send through a bunch of bogus troubleshooting steps that will never work. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but when you request a refund they wait days to reply and ignore your request for a refund while sending you through more bogus troubleshooting steps. They ran out the clock on the 30 day money back guarantee and I cannot get them to reply to anymore emails. Its all a lie and this is not a US company so there is less you can do to get your money back.
