Ripoff on three different rebates. Never received a penny. Now won't answer emails. Scottsdale, Arizona

7/27/03 we bought a Dell Dimension Home System expecting the promised $150. Rebate. We sent in papers. We then bought Kodak Easy Share camera with a $75. Rebate and All-in-one printer with rebate of $50. I phoned them numerous times with no resolutin. I emailed them over and over. They would say they had no record of our rebate.

As instructed I faxed all papers and they said they didn't get them. This was 1/12/04. I started to email them around March. They still were saying they did not get the papers. Many emails later I sent the papers certified mail. I emailed them with the date of delivery and that it was signed for (I can't read the writing). They no longer return my emails. Do we have any recourse?
