Logicalinnovations DVD InstaClone logicalinnovations.com rip-off!

I received an email from Logicalinnovations. They were offer a program call DVD InstaClone for $39.95, which would allow you to burn DVD on your computer. What they do not tell you is that, you must have a DVD burner install on your computer in order for there softweare to work. I purchase the DVD InstaClone for the $39.95, which the email stated the the purchase included, (DVD InstaClone 4.1 FREE Bonus Software.

I downloaded the softweare, to my suprise the softweare would not work. You had 24 hours to cancel the purchase, well I did not wait the 24 hours to cancel, after the softwear did not work I call the 18003073558 number at the iBill at customerservice@ibill.com to get a refund and cancel my subscription for this product.

The ledy I talk to at iBill customerservice was very nice, but I never received my money back. I then email, not once but four times I tried to reach DVD InstaClone, and today I still have not heard from them about this softweare that does not work and It is a BIG RIP OFF...!
Do not buy DVD InstaClone, it is a rip off for $39.95 and no one will contact you about that softweare.
