Ripoff, paid for software, never received software Internet

I received an email stating I could get PC Cleanser for $29.95. I went to the site, paid for the product with PayPal and then was never given access to the product on the internet. I called then, no response. I have sent several emails to then but no response. They basically have taken my money and never given me the software that I paid for.
