Prizes won "expired" - my money paid to them never "expired!"

I have won 20 prizes and maybe used 5. I am out of town 1/2 year so getting to movies all the time isn't easy. I figured once I won a prize it's always mine; however now that they are shutting down winster, they are trying to say my prizes have expired. I was never told I had 60 days to use prizes. They sure had no expiration date on money I paid them! I have told them i want 15 current $5.00 movie tickets (I won honestly) OR the equivalent in money. We need to rally everyone and complain and get what is due us!!
