They took my money and refused to ship my product with no phone number to contact them

I ordered some memory foam pillows for my mother for her 57th birthday and all I got was my mother asking where the pillows are? The company sent one email out stating that they were shipping and that a tracking number would soon follow, well no tracking number and no pillows, but one thing is known in all of this! They deducted my credit card... Hmmmm scam artist, I will be traveling to handle this on a man level but I just wanted everyone to know that they have stolen from a soldier who all he wanted to do is to surprise his mother while serving in Afghanistan. Its starting to look like I will have to go serve my country in Denver, Co to stop these people from stealing from other hard working Americans.
