Refused to cancel my order and refuses refund

SidesleeperPro took so long to ship the pillows that I wanted to cancel. The number given to cancel (866-783-8246) was always busy, so I sent an email.
They charged my debit card for the pillows and managed to get Bank of America find the dispute in their favor and they were paid for the pillows. When I returned the pillows they claimed they had not been paid by the bank. They want a fax of the letter from the bank showing they were paid!
When send something back it never shows up as being sent back.
They use every tactic to stick you with the goods, if you have been foolish enough to order. You never get a refund.
