Verizon’s FIOS
Shame on Verizon and shame on S&N Communications

In Northern Virginia, Verizon runs on the business, S&D Communications due to their FIOS task. On Tuesday Aug 9, the corporation sent men in the behest of Verizon to find out my home using the intention of installing FIOS. The thing is that used to do not request this to be achieved. The employees from S&D Communications did “not ring my bell” or “knock on my door” to guarantee they were performing the right factor in the proper target. I've had numerous discussions with Verizon which switched this to S&D to deal with.

I just requested that S&D offset the harm to the melody of $78. That they flatly refused to complete. That is new building home. I'd simply had my garden designed about the Sunday before and therefore needed it-done again on Friday, Aug. 11. (actually it was completed throughout the hit, usually are not understands which fool handed down the incorrect info)

Disgrace on Verizon and disgrace on S&N Communications. They must be held responsible for the harm done to my home. I'd like compensation.
