Com ripoff does not send comfirmation and doesn't send out orders will not reply

My wife order a game system from Baysoftgames.com on the 24th of July. They send us a e-mail saying it would be ship out and to wait for a comfirmation E-mail for date when they will send it.

I have sent E-mail after E-mail with no response from them. I received two comfirmations on the order itself and it was sent by a third party [mh0137@charter, net] and all there did was to send the same thing to me twice. I have now sent another one again today the 2nd of August.

Not only did they rip my wife off there ripping the U.S. Postal Service off as well when they charge her $4.99 for shipping. And said that it would be ship via U.S. Postal Service. I think the Federal Goverment needs to do something with these people, there taking money from them as well.

If you don't want your money just send it to them because they won't respond to anyone. Now I'm going to report them to the Federal Goverment for fraud and taking they money as well.
