Fraudulent billing! Or should i say india

Aol is guilty of committing two crimes, one of which I have resolved through the BBB, the other, I am still waiting on.

AOl AUTOVantage has claimed that I cashed a check for $2.50, allowing them to take $9.00 more out of my bank account each month. I never noticed the $9.00, because they were originally taking an extra $40.00, adding up to over $150.00, which was a nightmare to get back.

SO, I cancelled my account in May and in June and July I notice that I'm missing money, thanks to AOL. I call them, they do not show that they have taken money, so then I find out it is from AUTOVantage.

They claimed that I received a benefits package (which I never did) after I cashed my check (are people still dumb enough to cash those checks? I sure wasn't) which I never did. I asked them to give me a copy of the cashed check. Not possible. Hah, did I have to ask?

AOL is the worst company in the world, you can't speak to anyone with a brain, or without an accent!!! You get directed to India or to Florida, I don't know which one is worse. You can never speak to the same person twice there either.

I am not here to complain about the $72.00 that is now missing from my account, in to the hands of a horrible company. I am here to tell everyone to STOP USING AOL!!! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE!!!

(I know this is poorly written, but I am quite angry)
