RIPOFF Fraudulent Use of Credit Debit Card No "Auto-vantage" at all

Twice in three years now I have found charges on my bank statement for AOL Autovantage of $89.99! The first time I screamed and hollered to my bank, AOL and Autovantage and I thought it was all taken care of... Although I never got my money back. Here it is a couple of years later and they are doing it to me again!
I read their Money Back Policy policy and it is a Catch-22! You can only get your money back if you mail in your membership card... Well I never received a membership card, nor materials, or anything else from them for that matter!
This company has been getting away with this FRAUD for some time now (several years)... There HAS to be something that can be done to put them out of business?!! I can't afford this nonsense!
