I have been waiting for over a month for my withdrawl to be processed. Each time i call i get a differnet story. They initially said that my refund was approved for 1300.00 on 03/26 and now they are stating that it was approved on 04/03. I won the money i belive it was in February or early march. I have yet to recieve my money and i am pissed off about it. They give you a casino host to talk to to who evades all of your questions and then the website says that you can request an overnight payment and that is not true either. They then tell you that it is on the website but they can not honor it or remove it from the site. I want my money and I will not stop until i get it. If i have to call them each day and talk to a new person I will and am going to do so. I won the money fair and square and want to be paid out. I woudl not recommend this sit e to anyone who plays online casinos it is a rip off for sure.
