Cartagz is just a total and complete rip-off. If youare silly enough not to spend your enrollment costs promptly and choose this support, then youare possibly also silly illiterate and disorganized.
The cartagz site is harmful and hijacks the standard use of the dmv renewal site... Likewise a large indication its a fraud. A whole lot worse, the web site was created to seem like the state dmv website. It required me one minute to understand the website was industrial. I don't need scumbags like this employing their state. Don't support the corporation.
