Do not go to Cartagz they are a scam!!! The DMV site www.DMV.ca. GOV will renew your registration online for free. I initially didnt realize that i was sent to another site and not the DMV site and when i got to the check out page Cartagz wanted to charge me over $32 for a free DMV service.
