I open an account for a monthly plan, to receive unlimeted minutes from MY boyfriend, who is in Jail. They charge me the fee but my service wasnt even connected I keep calling them but they only send me

I have been charge out of my credict card for the fee of a monthly rate plan. That soppose to help me save on my call that I receive from a jail inmate. From the company called Inmates Calls Connect. I have never receive there service or any contact from them, as they were soppose to. I cant reach them through phone nor through there e-mail address.
