Dishonest connect charges

Got the $29.99 special with the extra $2.50 for the modem box for the lap tops to get internet. Told my bill would be $33.19 everymonth after installation. Told by customer service I had to pay $75.89 for installation and first month service to the tech who installs the service. Now, I get a bill for $86.56 less than a wk TWC told me that they had received the $75.89 but another $10.66 is due. Now my bill will be $10 more every month because they didn't know the tax's in Texas.
