Company changes pay structure, Unpaid trainings, Pays employees as contractors but treats them as employee's

This company hired me at $10 pr hr.

Supposed to be steady work. They hire you and tell you that your a contractor.

However on the internal revenue website it says. "Under common-law rules, anyone who performs services for you is your employee if you can control what will be done and how it will be done. This is so even when you give the employee freedom of action. What matters is that you have the right to control the details of how the services are performed."

1NW sets your hours, and assigns you break times. The also start you out at 10 dollars an hour flat rate. Then after a week or two you are chaged to a per minute or per sale rate.

This company Fraudulently uses the term contractor. This company uses the term to escape minimum wage laws and evade paying taxes.
