New customer bad service

Well I just moved to Maine from mass and just ordered twc on 1/30 and paid in full and just found out my service is being interrupted because the people who lived here before owed money. Well you know what twc I just went down showed my id, ss#& previous address and they said it would be taken care of but now I don't want it. U guys should look at that stuff before you give people cable and make them feel like s*. I will never do business with you again and I will tell everyone else about my experiences as well. You must lose alot of business with the way you treat your customers.
