They promise everything during the sales pitch"yes it can do that", "its included", "no problem"

Then the setup becomes a huge nightmaretons of delays issues and way over budget

All of the capabilities that you were expecting become extras"that would require a custom change""it doesnt do that or doesn't work that way"

When you tell them you want what you were promised you get handed "change requests"these "little" estimates will be for thousands of dollars each

If i had agreed to all requests the project would be 4 or 5 times the estimate i accepted
