Ripoff Unproffession and Unreliable Hosting Service ""

This hosting company has been unreliable since the very first day of using. I currently have a website running for my home theater installation business. Over the past few months, the website has not been working and could not be found. (This was not really uncommon)

After waiting for some kind of notification (Which there was none) of why it no longer worked, I decided to research and find out what happened. Apparently, this hosting service had lost a majority of files and I was never notified. There was a link to "reactivate and reload" the site registered. I was told there would be a 24-48 notice of "activation".

Well, after 3 days and no reply, I sent what they call an "E-Ticket" with a formal complaint. Again after several days there was no reply. After about a week of no responce, I wrote a letter of complaint and had mentioned a lawyer would be in touch. Wouldn't you know it... I was contacted THAT EVENING. Amazing results huh?

Anyway, long story short, I kindly replied and told them I was willing to give one more chance. I was able to finally (after about a month) have my site restored. But wait... Here is the kicker... Today (after about 2 days of actually working) the site can no longer be found again! I am again without a working site yet am being charged on a monthly basis from this company. I wrote them again and told them I would be posting my story here.

BEWARE of this hosting company. Broken promises and no working site. How am I supposed to run a business that sometimes relies on people finding me for this specialized service I offer.

I am writting this story to help others decided on a reliable hosting company and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
