Alex koumoit not professional, Rip off, Rude, Can't Do what he can say he can do

Alex comes off as a nice man but it comes out he has no clue what he is doing. Not only did he screw up my small business network but he also screwed up all the computers on the network... He basically left the job after we thought he was done but in the end he just left cause he had no clue on how to fix it. He lost all the data on our network cause he zeroed out our hard drives. And just totally screwed it up. I had to spend 4,000 dollars to hire a real guy making sure he had actual certifications and knows what he was doing to get my small businees computer back on its feet. So i recommmend not hiring this guy he is a complete fraud.
