Offered to provide an extensive customized database for a fee of $ 950.00 this being a special price if paid in advance with 48 hrs. Nothing was ever delivered, no answer to phone calls or emails.

Now, two months later Paul Watson makes the same offer to a friend of mine, quantities and prices different but the same offer, same wording, same phone number address and email. Obviously very confident in what they are doing, they just didn't realize they contacted my friend.

Better Business Bureau cannot help, Florida Consumer Affairs cannot help, police say that it is not a criminal action and should be pursued in civil court. I live too far away to afford that.
