After paying for two special offers skin cream small trial jar, iwas then offered perfect radiance at a trial price around £12 for both, they arivedon two different dates last year afteri received the perfect radiance i received a email offering the products as a special price cream £74.95 radience at £79.95 my wife has used them but at the prices quoted never i declined the offer and rerurned the email to them declining the offer in this months bank statement a charge was made on the 29 febuary for the prices quoted above £74.95 and £79.95 Total £154.94. I had paid by debit card BOS IS Refusing to take action unless i provide proof i have made a complaint to creamskincare.com.
