EA Games "Free Game" a total Rip-Off!

Downloaded Free game and spent money to reach higher levels. Got to Level 17 with Monopoly Hotels and game and all my hotels were deleted. Started the game over. They do not have any help options, only forums. I don't want to blog about it - I want my money returned wasted on this game!
