Fraudulent Windows License Key Returned so Windows No Longer Genuine

I bought 3 Windows 7 Upgrade Downloads from ShopArhive on 2/26/10. We upgraded 3 different laptops to Microsoft Windows 7.

Everything worked great, for about 5 months. Then all 3 laptops started receiving the "Windows not Genuine" message and asked for reactivation key.

Since the laptops were still working in general, I never bothered looking into it. But now, I want to give one of the laptops away as a gift so I wanted in in proper working order.

I spent 5 hours on phone with Microsoft activation support who told me ShopArhive.com requested a REFUND for all 3 of my fully paid license keys five months after my purchase date, leaving me in the dust.

Microsoft refuses to do anything because it was a digital download.

ShopArhive.com support has ignored all 10 of my emails.

So don't do business with ShopArhive.com or you can rest assured these frauds will rip you off. They wait until the refund period on your credit card is over so you can't dispute the charge... Very calculating thieves they are!
