I was with them starting 2006 and the last few years are have been nothing less than Horrific. My site was Always bouncing up and down and each time they would say it was code in my site when my site was just simple text.
I referred other business owners to this service and all of them had the same experience. When I finally tried to get away from them they kept delaying the transfer of my domain names then tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to leave them. It got so bad I took the expensive step of re - branding my marketing material in order to use a new domain name.
If you value your business relationships do not refer them to anyone, If you value your business DO NOT USE THEM!
