All community Pay To Surf rip-off! They promise to pay you to surf. Then finds reasons not to pay

Allcommunity sent me an email stating it owed me $1.991.69 (usd) and for me to fill out a verification form so they could send me my money. After doing so I was told to open a pay pal account using there link so as for them to receive credit for the pay out. Later they said they had a tiff with pay pal and were not going to use them they said they would send a bank cheque in stead payable to me.
I have all the info in writing. After several days going by and no check I fax them. I received no answer. Then I was email from the Neatherlands stating my money was some how sent there by misstake. The company did not care and I was to get it on my own some how.
Now either allcommunity or that person will contact me and I want my cash. If this was a joke, it was the cruelest one ever played on me. This company is a scam. Does anyone know how to find the real address of a company so I can sue them.
