We ordered TWC Triple Bundle on Feb 1st. This would be out of the Presque Isle, Maine Office. When I called and ordered the guy told me the line was serviceable. Then we got an other call stating our line was serviceable again. So, I went to the Presque Isle, Maine Office to pay the whole bill a head of time so when the tech came on Feb 10 I wouldn't have to deal with the money then.
On Feb 10 the tech shows up at 8 am sharp. He looks at the line. Then gets in his truck and goes down the road. The tech comes back. He tells me sorry I can not connect you I'll have my boss call you. I asked the name of his boss. 2 hours went by and he hadn't called. So, I went down to the presque Isle, Maine TWC Office to speak with him. He told me he had a tech from Bangor maine in the area who would stop by to check the line.
When the tech from Bangor, Maine showed up. He tells me that I needed a flex line and Booster. Since we are 627 feet from the main pole. Then he stated that they would put in the first 300 feet. But, i would have to pay for the $500 booster, and $4 something a foot for the other 327 feet. Boy wasn't I pissed and still am!!! That came out to almost $2,000... The cable line runs right to my home. But when TWC bought out Adalphia cable here in Norther Maine. They never changed the line to our home. Because, people living here before always had dish... So, TWC gave us the shaft..
All my neighbors have TWC. But, we can't??? Why should I have to pay $2000 for a new line to our home when you own the line from when you bought out the other company!!!
Very bad name for you guys. Bad service and Not willing to work with people who are paying customers. Like my self paying 10 days ahead of hook up. Thanks for letting our kids down!!! That really made there day!!!
So, right now I'm trying to find out who the head person In the state of Maine for TWC??? Phone number or email.
Also, been looking for the number or email of Glen A. Britt the CEO of TWC. Because, I will contact someone higher up and will get service with out having to pay $2000 for a line that they own!!!
So, I went back to the Presque Isle, Maine office and asked for a refund. The lady working the desk there tod me it would take up to 30 days and i'd get It in the mail from the portland, Maine office...
You see all of TWC add's stating Great service, ect... Well right now I'm sorry I can't agree!!! TWC you need to get in touch with me and fix this problem!!! Asap!!!
